Sirdar Cashmere Merino Silk DK

No doubt you’re wondering:  can a yarn with cashmere and silk be appropriate for baby items?  The answer is an unequivocal Yes!  Of course, it’s soft enough for babies and adults alike, but it’s also machine washable on what our British friends call the “wool cycle”:  low agitation and cool water.  

Note: This new yarn from Sirdar is the same as the former Sublime brand, BCMS.  Consistent with moving away from a “Baby” moniker, the color palette has been updated to include darker shades and sophisticated jewel tones.
